AOAO Case Log System Access
Case Log System Year 2011-2012
After graduation, continued usage of the AOAO Case Log System requires payment on an annual basis to maintain access. Access for the 2011-2012 year cycle is from July 1, 2011 until June 30, 2012. The rates are as follows:
- Member: $100 Annually
- Non-Member: $500 Annually
Access rates are not pro-rated based on sign-up date, and access will expire June 30, 2012.
If you are not a member of AOAO, you may join now and pay the member rate for Case Log System Access. Applicants for Active Membership will pay $350 (membership dues) + $100 (Case Log System access), for a savings of $50 over the non-member rate and will gain all the benefits of being a member of AOAO for one year.

- Continue to keep a very user friendly, detailed clinical case log, which is securely stored.
- Run customized reports for board or other specialty certification requirements as needed.
- Choose multiple criteria or data range for reports.
- Access to cases filed during your residency.

If you are not a member and wish to join to take advantage of the reduced rate, please complete the AOAO Membership Application and be sure to select the AOAO Case Log System access option on the form.
