Despite the challenges we have all faced over the last several months, the AOAO CME Committee, along with session moderators, have continued to develop a quality educational program to assist members with meeting their CME requirements. To that end, the Annual Fall Meeting will take place at the Marriott Austin on October 21-24 with an anticipated 20-26 total CME credits to help make up for the loss of the Annual Spring Meeting. We hope you will exhibit and reconnect with colleagues and friends.
The Academy leadership continues to watch state, federal and CDC guidelines with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic and will keep you informed if there are any updates specific to this meeting. As the country attempts to refine protocols for business operations, hotels and airlines have quickly established cleaning protocols to promote the health and safety of travelers and guests. We will also continue to provide you with updates regarding the following:
- Research is being conducted on the feasibility of offering content from this meeting virtually.
- Details will be provided about how social distancing and sanitizing of high traffic areas will be addressed for the exhibit hall, conference rooms, registration, awards ceremony, and other aspects of the meeting.

This activity is intended for osteopathic surgeons in the field of orthopedics, orthopedic residents, allied health and any physician interested in the practice of orthopedics.
The goal of this year’s program is to provide orthopedic surgeons with an update on current techniques and controversies in orthopedics. Leaders in the field will debate and discuss selected topics so that practicing orthopedists will have knowledge to further develop their skills.

We are accepting Agreements! To secure your exhibit booth, purchase program advertising space, or be a sponsor complete the online Letter of Agreement.
A minimum of 50% of the exhibit fee is due when the Exhibit Agreement is submitted. Payment is due in full by August 21, 2020. Payment for an Exhibit/Sponsor Agreement submitted after August 21 must be paid in full at the time of application.
- To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the exhibit agreement.
- To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Exhibit Agreement. Make the check payable to American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics and mail the check to AOAO, Attn: Dana Gibson, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

EXHIBIT HALL FLOOR PLAN
2020 AOAO Annual Fall Meeting exhibit hall floor plan will be available July 2020.
Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
- A single exhibit booth is 10’ x 10′.
Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. The AOAO cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
The AOAO reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.
The program will be available on the MOBILE MEETING GUIDE. The guide will include lecture slides, program schedule, digital posters and presentation schedule, speaker list, attendee list, and meeting room locations.
